RE:technically a possible cup & handlecup & handle pattern is a method that is meaningful to itself, it is one of my best since I'm a swing trader.
A value trader will have a different view as a banskter has his own as a trader (very short one).
Nat gaz price is one component and as you could experiment  in sou price mouvement lately.
By the way cup is at 0.925 not 0.95 as mentioned earlier
