RE:RE:PR today

RE:RE:PR today "An unknown private individual is the new purcheser. The un answered question at this point is WHY?"

The question would be best answered by the party known as "Who"?

Is it certain that the person is "a private indvidual"?   The purchaser is only identifed as "
an arm's length third party by private agreement". which could be made out to be a fund, a corporation, a trust, a company or an investor like Rusty.

Whatever, value has been seen in the company by Party Who as a going concern with potential.

FCC, on the other hand, has lowered its ownership if there was gnashing of teeth and wearing of sackcloth with the regulators on the idea that the Chinese have too much control over a Canadian resource company (altnough that would be more likely in a case of Battery Metals rather than Precious Metals mine)

35 cents is about right for current Book Value + a bit of grease, the Cementation lien notwithstanding.
