Did Traders get caught by Surprise?

CIBC and Anonymous are trying hard to reposition shares between accounts. Probably shorted hard on last two run ups. Share price can't run until they cover their positions, but watch out after they have. $7 plus in no time.

$130 Million/ 156 Million shares= $0.83/share
