  • My share price calculation is base upon a quick risk rate return on an investment.
  • I could do it the way value investors do by valuating every aspect of the company from discounted Cash Flows, Cost of Capital with the impact of inflation, Net Asset Valuation, Valuation of Growth, and Risk Analysis. This method of analysis is far more accurate than doing the present value of an annuity. But I am a little rusty to do it the the way of value investors (such as Warren Buffet) and it will take me a week to go through all of the financial documents and MD&As to do a proper share price valuation to which I don't have the time. So I am doing it the quick and dirty way.
  • I was being facetious when I said you could be blacklisted. If you have a good relationship with Almonty's management, then you will have to trust them on not responding as they could be very busy, or perhaps there are technical issues, or perhaps their office was fumigated..

  • Question: what method are you using Blueskies? NAV? or Present value of an Annuity?  Using Present value of an annuity with a growth rate of 0% and a rate of return of 0% still puts it still over $5 per share...and that is for Sangdong tungsten alone.
