RE:WTIHighOctane89...I agree TVE should be higher with these oil prices...but unfortunately there just isnt any conviction by investors to move into the sector. Not saying there isnt any upside left but it is possible the top has already been hit on many of the o/g stocks. I am a holder of TVE, PIPE and BTE.
