Well if that occurs the new reps and sen's won't be signed in until Jan 2023 and whatever legislation they develope once in power will still needs Biden to sign off on it . I just see another 2 years of inaction .
At present I see the SPR and its ending as the elephant in the room but again its only my opinion . Time will tell how it all plays out . Cheers
