Relentless trolling has to be one of the best "tells" for a potential stock scam.

My other favourites include:

TSX or Venture listing for a US based company
CEO hyperbole and verifiable exaggerated claims.
Multiple "pivots" - a business model that blows with the wind.
Leveraged with multiple raises in rapid succession.
Focus on day to day stock price rather than profitability
Warrant warrants warrants......

I have found these useful, maybe the audience on this forum will too!
