My other favourites include:
TSX or Venture listing for a US based company
CEO hyperbole and verifiable exaggerated claims.
Multiple "pivots" - a business model that blows with the wind.
Leveraged with multiple raises in rapid succession.
Focus on day to day stock price rather than profitability
Warrant warrants warrants......
