RE:RE:Demand vs. Supply...Think of big boys manipulating so they can re-position themselves Cheap .. Yet Warren Buffet moves of trying to buy50% of OXY seems smart money started to flow in sector .. As soon as these big boys got there full position it will time to push since they are the price makers ..
