RE:RE:Valens being bought today for $138 millions

RE:RE:Valens being bought today for $138 millionsYou are right. Looking more closely at the transaction, it is only 10% over Friday's share price - and down today. Shareholders not pleased to get 9.5% of the new company. Bye, bye Valens.

You are right again about extraction. They claim to form a dominant new vertically-integrated company, but no mention of extraction. They indeed seem to have left the sector completely. This is good for Nextleaf, things are clear now.

While, to my knowledge, not bleeding as bad as LABS, Valens shows today it was going under. Not sure a merge with a retailer will help. Last hope for both of them?

It remains disappointing not to see this reflected in OILS share price. After all, another competitor bites the dust. My hope is that things will start to get interesting next week with the release of last Q figures. And the release of other good news in the pipe.
