I might be wrong. I just looked at the price listed as my basis in SCHW account on Jan 11, 2013. I don't remember any of the details of the shell company. Maybe the name change was later and that is just reflected the basis of shares I aquired earlier.

Anyway shares were not re-issued. I kept my petrobank shares, even the same OTC symbol PBEGF. They just changed the name of the company.
