RE:Trudeau: Canada Willing To Remove Regulatory Hurdles For NewCan't read your story , but as I've said, there are just way too many people with their hands out looking for a piece of pie to ever get gas shipped from Alberta to the east coast and then Europe. Not just Indian bands. Think Quebec if you follow the obvious geography for Canadian regulations. Or think a multitude of commercial pipeline operators and state regulators to ship through USA. Remember enbridge and line 3? That's still not permanently resolved. It can be done, but it will be very expensive after everyone on that trail takes their cut. As I've also said, the only solution, unfortunately, is to sell our gas, cheap, to the USA and they can load up LNG out of the gulf using their infrastructure at huge profit to the USA. Our ONLY cards to play, to get maximum value for Canada, is to use the gas here by building things like petrochemical plants (ain't gonna happen) or shipping to the left coast. A fraction of the distance to Nova Scotia, but just as fiercely opposed, and it's not going to Europe from there.
