No one ships hydrogen in commercial guantities transoceanic or anywhere by marine vessels. The reasons are abundant and clear to anyone who has even the slightest inclination to find out why. 
Similarly, shipping LNG from the east coast of Canada is ridiculous when it is much more economical to ship LNG from Canada's west coast to Asia. Any cargoes going to Asia could be swapped for other international cargoes to ship to Germany if found desirable. International trade of maritime goods of all types has been going on since the Phoenicians (circa 1500 BCE )
What is really going on with this guy? It is truly painful to think about !!
