Quebec will never permit a pipeline!

Quebec + Indigeneous groups will never allow a pipeline to be built on it's land. Look at how impossible it has been to build other pipelines. Europe is in deep trouble for many years to come. The Government anti oil policies will cause the prices to continue to rise. Biden can only do so
many SPR releases. Funny and sad scenario where politics and policies will be catastrophic for the people.
