If you are so bent on a buyout being a possibility then I would think giving the company a positive spin as long as you are an investor would be beneficial to helping the SP prior to the buyout. All of your negative rhetoric does nothing to help support the SP. Are you sure you are invested. You sure sound like a paid basher.
