No catalyst because there are no more naked short selling in Canada. Anyway, it is only related to Canada since they don't naked short sell in the US. One was caught not long ago in the US but it was not related to the cannabis sector. The US regulate, Canada has Trudeau. 

The volume in the US is a lot more than Canada and the US don't naked short sell. There were short sellers with the weak regulation in Canada. It made the transactions faster since no borrowing of shares that take a longer time. HFT is done very fast. 

This is done, digested, finish and over but not for the pumpers.
