It holds a 100% interest in Brenbar, which consists of two mining leases covering 255 hectares contiguous and to the west of Ishkoday. It has a 100% interest in the Jubilee-Elmhirst, Beaurox and Twin Falls property. The Company also owns a 30% joint venture interest and Canadian Gold Miner Corp.

Just for the record, you should note that the link you posted is not relevant, since LME is an Ontario corporation, not a Federal one.

Likely, the provisions in the Ontario law (OBCA) are the same.

I am also not sure that a press release counts as a notification of shareholders of meeting.

However, this is all moot, since I think it is clear that more details will be forthcoming. As to whether or not they will be what we are hoping for, I cannot say

We are just going to have to wait and see.
