Who owns what ?

Who owns what ?Itochu press release states that POWER X owns what and where did it come from. Is this Control system the same as that designed over many Years by Eguana. If POWER X owns this same technology from Eguana why did Eguana shareholders not get a notice of the relationship and what benefit was derived by Eguana for the sale of these control technologies????

  PowerX owns the proprietary technologies, including battery control and manufacturing technology and is planning to establish one of...........

ITOCHU participates in the manufacturing of energy storage systems through NF Blossom Technologies, Inc., in Japan while Eguana Technologies Inc., in overseas market and also
