Cuba needs cash. Japan needs metal. USA isn't going to sanction Japan over moa or anything else they do in Cuba. They'd see it as welcome relief from the influence of Venezuela and Russia. So, Buy Moa interest too. Build some friggin power plants.

Giga's CEO is Martin Vydra who worked with S for decades. He ran their Moa operations and their Technologies group. Heard him speak at a couple of conferences. The guy knows his stuff.
