RE:RE:Just for funI am not saying it is good or bad to have debt, if you use it wisely it can make you a bundle of money especially if you have the lands in this case to develop.

I would just like to get it off the plate unless the opportunity arrises and then use some.

Does paying off debt increase the risk of a takeover?

Also, totally agree about Trudeau, his father was a fake and he is too even more so.  He has not a clue what he is talking about, pie in the sky.  Teflon trusel.  Will it stick?  Who would have thunk it?

Why we cannot get a decent progressive, and consevative other party to actually run a country rather than tell a country how to do everything I don't know.  Someone with business experience, money maybe, brains, decent personna to allow Canada to move forward.

We are becoming the California of the North, 100 different ways to manage something and getting nowhere.

Another up day on oil and NG.  Just hoping PEY will start to get noticed.
