Does not matter what this company does.. nothing they communicated has changed the liquidity of this stock. Is Andrew the right CEO to get this stock over $1 and above..  It has been a decade since the stock was over $1.. 

I believe there will be some bad news in the Q3 earnings as I thought they would be released by now.
