One perhaps small thing that I liked in their MD&A is that they (bilaterally) agreed to terminate one of the two non-emergency ambulatory service contracts without penalty and disposed of 19 transports after realizing that they had no visiblity of their order of new leased vehicles from the supplier.
This will allow them to dump non-profitable revenue and not waste time and resources trying to fix up this vertical, which would have been promising except for the supply chain issues outside their control.
This should improve the bottom line and free up more resources to focus on their core business area. I am happy they made this decision rather than fall to the "sunk cost" fallacy.
