The Company is engaged in the evaluation, exploration, development and production of industrial mineral properties in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Company’s principal asset is the Great Atlantic salt deposit project (Great Atlantic Salt Project), located in the St. George Basin of western Newfoundland. Its Gypsum Project is three kilometers (km) southwest of Great Atlantic salt deposit, which is an early-stage and open-pit production from the Ace deposit. Its Nepheline Syenite Property consists of a surface occurrence of nepheline syenite along the southern Labrador highway. The project is located approximately six km from tide water.

I think a buyout high end is $12 once the spinout occurs, more likely $10, I'll be happy with either if it occurs.

I think enthusiasts were thinking there would be more to the hydrogen announcement and value to the spinoff, and the selloff reflects that its not nearly as encouraging as they thought it would be.



Funny, I've been saying $8-$12 for the last while (ever since the resource kept expanding due to the drilling program). I'm currently using $10.55, on a fully-diluted basis, as that makes the purchase price at approximately a cool $1 billion for the asset on a buy-out.
