Weird price action with WFG

Apaulson and i have been posting on WFG because of the weird price action of WFG

Could it be that they are having a look at IFP?

Since Aug 18th IFP as traded 4 time over the maximum SIB price($34).

What we know is that the buyers at or near or above $34 won't tender at $34

What we do not know is does these buyers knows something that we don't?

We could find out before the end of Sept.
