if HUD could get a loan to build another mine / plant they would use that money to just buy out the 66% of Lumina.  

it would certainly be nice, instead of guessing what HUD might have planned for their / our future, if they actually told us via a press release ... no press release = no plan = even lower stock price

lots of press releases about Kobold Metals looking for opportunities in Greenland - why didn't they buy the REE mine?  Why don't they do a partnership with HUD to provide funds so HUD can buy back the 66%?  Is White Mountain actually producing and selling product - does anyone know - HUD certainly hasn't provided any insight?  Billionaires are searching for critical minerals in Greenland as ice melts - CNN
