It doesn't hurt to apply for another 5% NCIB once they uplist. If the share price should happen to remain low then it's cheap to buy back the shares. If the price increases, then they don't have to complete the full buy back over the 12 months given to them. They can let it expire. It all depends on what the cash position looks like and what revenue is being generated.
