RE:RE:RE:RE:Interesting response to earningsAgree, these short term headwinds on abseentism and struggles sourcing nurses will turn into tailwinds. There is so much political pressure to resolve the nursing/healthcare crisis. Government will throw money to hire more nurses, but will look to technology solutions to improve staffing.

I also think this is a great time to be an acquirer in this space, probably lot of burnt out small operations looking to cash out.

The scariest thing with this stock is the liquidity and bid ask spread. Have to be in it for the long haul.  I've seen similar cash flow companies start a modest dividend, I wonder if there would be any appetite. Nothing to drastically impair financial leverage, but even 1/2 million in annual dividends would be a 2% yield at this price. Not the best use of capital in an efficient market, but might get some traction with investors and provide confidence future cash flow is secure
