Just voted my shares for special GCM meetingWhen considering how to vote my shares I focused on a couple of simple questions: Do I want my dividend to end and do I want GCM to further its exposure to Colombia?
My answer to both questions was no.
Not that it matters as the resolution will pass anyways. I can at least hope that the markets perceive the merger positively and that any ensuing bounce in share price will allow me to wind down my position.
