Hydro Quebec supplying power to the Atlantic provinces. Hydro can act as a backup to large windfarms in the Atlantic region for those companies intending to enter into hydrogen production.
3GW+ of windpower can be used for just one project. Doesn't have to be all for hydrogen. The Atlantic region can export windpower to the US. Back up required in both scenarios. Maybe in the future, the hydrogen/ammonia produced could be used as backup.
Don't know if this matters, but in the US, hydro imported from Canada does not qualify for renewable energy credits. But wind does. Exporting an energy mix?

A bit off the topic, but Quebec has 20% of Canada's natural gas. LNG for Atlantic Canada? However, the way things are going, does LNG have a short lived product life?
