I don’t remember all the details when Thera was sued back in maybe (2010?) by a broker who made a bad knee jerk reaction and dumped their shares tanking the SP to $2.00 after misunderstanding something the FDA was commenting on during the Engrifta review, I believe the broker took a big loss and was suing to cover face or something like that…..Thera ultimately won the lawsuit, however, it was probably expensive even with insurance coverage and left a lasting scar, so maybe they are now “once bitten, twice shy” ?
