Word of Mouth…. There's no better marketing than word of mouth. This includes the word of mouth from the user experience, as well as direct customer. You can make all the commercials and YouTube videos you want but the most effective way to acquire a customer is the recommendation of other customers.
I believe this will be starting shortly for Patriot (assuming the product performs as expected). Once it does, I would expect a snowball effect.
On the other hand ...our competitor has seen the negative side of word of mouth...because make no mistake about it...it's a double edged sword. You suck..those in your industry will find out....you rock those in your industry will find out. What I've read in the vice article today is starting to seem like a trend. First independent parties schitting on the product..then direct customers composing formal letters complaining about the product and then the reference to a gun going completely undetected...and throughput issues as well...smh.
The title of the long article is "The Least Safe Day" and the cover photo are the school kids all holding their laptops in both hands with arms out in almost military fashion. This looks like the worst customer experience ever...it's comical
For those of you that may of missed it
