This is not the right time. 

i would say wait till you get to the tax loss season then could  be you get between 3-5 cents. 


and guess what if there is further DILUTION then you are in luck with 0.005 - 0.01 cent. So patience is the key. 


do not waste your money now ... even if you see some PUMPERS10X's useless posts
