My guess is that Saxon and the rest of the management team don't know how to turn TAAT around and fix the problems facing TAAT now and that explains their silence.  All of the problems facing TAAT were self-inflicted by poor management decisions in the areas of strategy, financial, and marketing. 

The company has an uphill battle to turn things around.    Saxon has never faced a turnaround situation like this before and I don't think he is up to the job. 

You all can pray that the Daryls are wrong about this but you all know the Daryls have been right in all their previous predictions so caution is advised for all your investment decisions regarding TAAT.
