Divy increases or special dividends pay-outs won't happen until 2023 imho. There are issues VET has to deal with like TVR mentioned. The increase payouts are done for this year imo. 

On that note....quite surprised we're having another green day today ( Friday) Wow. Anyone getting the panic sweat for profit taking ?? Are you getting trigger happy lol? 

It is certainly getting difficult to hold and not sell!!
How much beyond 108% gain can I expect?
