They gave us some clients, but also production services infrastructure, which allowed us to be more full service offering. It was a decent deal in terms of what was paid, I just think in hindsight it would have been smarter to fund it via equity, but not sure if that was an option. I know it would've diluted us, but it hedges against this macro risk. Everything will be ok if we are capable of picking up a few huge clients. But the management gives very little visibility on progress in that regards. Just claiming that there are "future prospects." We need some guidance if the analytics side will be monetized and is being received well. Results must be disclosed in the next week, maybe we will hear something in the conference call.
