Hi DDD, as I have written on the MAE board, I don't think the transaction you were suggesting made sense for SGNL shareholders. MAE has no money, and SGNL neither, so it can't "buy out" MAE. They have to give shares in return. I feel that the BEAST has a lot more growth potential and I don't want that dilution.

What I would consider is a spin-off of our NFLD operations and properties, and a sale or a merger with MAE. That way, MAE could drastically reduce the 75M$ CAPEX needed to get to production that could leave them with similar or worse dilution than with the merger.

In 2018, I was rooting for the merger. But since then, SGNL has moved Goldboro forward, and we are close to the financing stage to get to production. I'm with SgtFriday on this one, Goldboro cannot be on the table.
