RE:ActivityI do not know who this misinformed friend of yours is or even if he lives in the area but MLSI’s own MD&A states they have not complied with any of the government Crown land lease or environmental conditions set as of s few days. They have zero authorization to build anything as of the 27th of August, ‘22. All they have is a signed application for Crown land lease (subject to full approval since conditions not met) and same for the PEAD compliance. Both request, land and environment were approved but that’s like giving an offer on a house, it is subject to inspection, notary search, loan approval, etc, etc... still waiting (6 years now) ECRL out the local Guysborough Journal (Facebook) latest interview with the CEO, it’s pretty disturbing, lots of contradiction, can’t make heads or tails out of that one.
