Products/solutions seem great. Company/management is the roulette component. That is probably where Tech is highlighting. 

On the surface it looks like a no brainer. Internally I have no clue and very little confidence. Management have yet to prove themselves for my liking. There have been more positives lately but I just keep waiting for the next negative.
