LUMA is working to upgrade the island's transmission infrastructure and Line 37100 along with the transformer stations may be part of those upgrades.
It is definitely a huge issue currently if the line and stations aren't capable of accepting Montalva but what happens in the future is unknown.
If Jeff can shed light on these issues this can possibly make a difference.
