When the Oil&Gas guy joined I said - 'great now we will get some Oil Field sales.
His prompt reply was that he was advisory and not a salesman.!'
So great resumes have not helped open doors - but - may have point directions that TEI sales could not follow.
As CEO, Angus was a doer who broadcasted his trips and contracts and got the SP up. His misstep was detrimental.
Now we can get a good sales professional, since TEi is financially sound.
