RE:RE:Interstate commerce bill passed in California. You sound angry lol.
My hypothetical scenarios of a buyout seem more likely than ever before, no news in over 2 months and Jones Soda CEO said Tinley and Blaze merged. My original buy in was 7c in 2016, sold on the way up and repurchased some shares on the way down clown. Pedro is not my buddy lunatic, I don't even know him, not even an acquaintance. Aren't you one of the tards who said Tinley wouldn't get their licenses for the LBF and thought the acquisition of Lakewood wouldn't happen, don't be salty at me because your life sucks.

Oh yes I forgot you bought shares 6 years ago at .07, wo who is the fool that hangs on for 6 years only to realize a 2 or 3 cent gain. Whatever ever happened to your buddy Pedro who has gone by the plant all the time to see if the place is working more than once or twice a week?

Among the most notable of those measures are SB 1326 from Sen. Anna Caballero (D) and AB 1706 from Assemblymember Mia Bonta (D).
The former bill would set the stage to allow for interstate marijuana commerce from California to and from other legal states, contingent on an official assurance that the activity would not put the state at risk of federal enforcement action.
It advanced through the Assembly Appropriations Committee on the same week that New Jersey’s Senate president filed a bill to allow interstate cannabis commerce under similar circumstances. Then it moved through the full chamber before the final version was concurred with by the Senate on Thursday in a 28-9 vote.

Interstate commerce makes Tinley’s licenses a lot more valuable than without it, this is a meaningful development especially with Tinley's producing edibles for Jones Soda & who knows which other companies are in NDA’s requesting similar services.
