The Company has conducted clinical trials of leronlimab as a viral entry inhibitor for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), believed to competitively bind to the N-terminus and second extracellular loop of the CCR5 receptor. For immunology, the CCR5 receptor is believed to be implicated in immune-mediated illnesses such as Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis. It has a joint development agreement with a third-party generative artificial intelligence (AI) drug discovery and development company to develop one or more longer-acting molecules.
