Pandora, not too worry, nothing free, even from billion $$ corp, crown corp's or whatever, pay for service fee.....be assured!

Free charging, subsidies from the government, no highway tax to pay because that is all built in to the price of gasoline. All peaches and cream -- or a trap to be sprung in the future? At some time it has to come home to roost.
