But nothing has changed other than the second well (which was most likely targeting oil) has been sidelined for now. It will be drilled in due time along with many others.
SP has been battered to a point where its now lower then it was before it added to its asset base with the light oil finds.
People are concerned about water content which is a valid concern but their June oil Revs are above average with still most likely not the best road conditions. Come the optimization in September as well as the colder months the oil revs have a very good chance of further increasing.
It's about patience right now. Good for royal helium. Not much info about what was actually agreed to or even who or the terms but good news for the industry as a whole.
When the fundamentals change I might change my outlook but again, not much in the medium to long term has changed imo.
