Current clearances

Current clearances Post what you like, but that said, explain if any of this has any relevance today how clearance was obtained for USA work visa, which requires much scrutiny, background checks and criminal checks.
Are you saying that the United States government doesn't have a clue what it's doing and could make such a blunder ?
Seems unlikely to me !
