RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:COMEX June 15th minutes are late ??I too am one who reads far too much into all the comex documents and emails, besides what else are you supposed to do when you wait five years for a permit decision, however, one thing does strike me about this letter from Sophie. She writes, "the project was never held up purposely." I find this to be an interesting choice of words. She did not say, "the review was never held up purposely" rather the project is held up. The use of the phrase "held up" would indicate to me that any delays would be temporary and the project would proceed. For instance, if you are "held up" in traffic, it is understood that it is not a permanent situation and you will eventually get to your destination. In my mind this suggests that comex has recommended that the project proceed. As to whether the report has been written and submitted to the administrator, that is still a little unclear to me, however, her use of the past tense certainly implies that comex has finally made a decision on the project. Which only makes sense, because had they not yet decided what their recommendation would be, then they would not yet be writing a report. Personally, I cannot see how they could possibly not recommend that the project proceed. We have the federal permit, we are UL ECOLOGO certified, we have an impact and benefits agreement with the Cree community which will pay them $1 million for starters, we intend to mine a product that will be in a state of global shortage for the next decade, and, among other things, they have strung us along for years now, to the point that if they were to recommend that the project not proceed at this stage would be nothing short of absolute cruelty. Certainly, if they cannot recommend that the rose proceed, then comex should never recommend any mine proceed in the James Bay area. But this is just my humble opinion and could be absolutely wrong, sometimes investing in CRE feels more like gambling and less like investing, I know investing in the venture is high risk, but after 13 years one would think that a healthy portion of that risk has dissipated. One thing is for sure though, we are getting extremely close to the end of this part of the journey. Glta
