This is just the beginning of a bidding war. This opening gambit should flush out some more suitors as this stock intrinsic value is 2-3x higher.

curent takeover prices NXJ at $12m, but the company has $6m of cash (27c) on balance sheet and another $90m of tax loss credits which are worth another 100c depending on tax rate used.

Plus the company has just completed a restructuring/lease elimination which cost $2m which has already been accounted. This should allow the company to be nicely Profitable going forward and cash flow positive. 

NXJ have long term contracts with some large Canadian and US Banks and are well embedded into their technology. They are slowly moving to a SaSS model so I really don't think this company will be in play.
