Graphene Manufacturing Group Limited is a clean-technology company. The Company seeks to offer energy saving and energy storage solutions, enabled by graphene, including that manufactured in-house via a proprietary production process. In the energy savings segment, it has focused on graphene enhanced heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC-R) coating (or energy-saving paint), lubricants and fluids. In the energy storage segment, the Company and the University of Queensland are working to progress research and development and commercialization of G+AI batteries.

GMG's new appointments

GMG's new appointments

Last week Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. ($GMG.v) announced that it has made some additions to its board of directors and company secretary roles to support its next phase of development.


Frederick Kotzee (recently appointed as CFO) has joined the board of directors, and Anjana (the current General Manager of Business Services) has been appointed as a Company Secretary. 


IMO these appointments along with GMG's other recent developments (ie the announcement of their expansion initiative and acquisition of Thermal-XR) indicate that the company is likely gearing up for something big
