There's a lot of selling pressure with the markets being red as of last week.  Investors are placing bids large enough to absorb all the selling.

Things could always be worse.

For the newbies, when markets are in the red all the time especially when it's intentional and put in motion by the feds as a way to decrease inflation, speculative stocks take most of the brunt of it.

Insiders recently bought shares at 37/38 cents.

Anything below is beyond cheap.
