RE:RE:RE:Agra sues former CEO Boddy over apartment rental

RE:RE:RE:Agra sues former CEO Boddy over apartment rentalHello all, I thought I would check in on this dog as I have not even looked back for the last several months when the stock was hovering around .50, and that was after the roll back. I'm just astonished at how this scam of a company is still alive? What ever happened to the lawsuit? I see the last CEO fled, no doubt after milking the company for what she could and then flogging what shares she had. She was the worst. Did she ever reply to anyones emails or make any announcements? Now I see the Boddy is being sued, no problem, he made millions from this stock, so what if he has to pay back some rent. He probably owns it and had Agra pay his mortgage and then some as "rent".

I see the same people on here complaining, I wish you all luck, I took my loss and sold thank gawd before the roll back. I would gladly take the loss and not see any money back in exchange for the lowlifes of this scam of a company go to jail. That is the reason for checking in, to see if Agra is still listed and to see any news of former officers going to jail. One can only hope.
