The Company is engaged in the evaluation, exploration, development and production of industrial mineral properties in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Company’s principal asset is the Great Atlantic salt deposit project (Great Atlantic Salt Project), located in the St. George Basin of western Newfoundland. Its Gypsum Project is three kilometers (km) southwest of Great Atlantic salt deposit, which is an early-stage and open-pit production from the Ace deposit. Its Nepheline Syenite Property consists of a surface occurrence of nepheline syenite along the southern Labrador highway. The project is located approximately six km from tide water.

RE:RE:RE:RE:General comment on Salt re macroLast season the cost of salt was hitting $80/ton. There has been an increase in wholesale price of about 16% possibly more this season. That brings the per ton price of salt to $90 can or about $69/ton usd. So either more profit or covers more expenses or less tonage required

its all just a guessing game at this point buy Rowland did say it will operate at a fraction of the cost at godridge which has expenses last year of $44/ton. A fraction as far as i would think would be less then half so well undet $22/ton for atlas.
